Job Summary

The Technical Lead for RICE Components plays a crucial role in leading the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Enhancements) components. They are responsible for overseeing a team of developers to deliver high-quality solutions in alignment with business requirements and standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead a team of developers in the design and development of rice components, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements.
3. Plan and execute rice component projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.
4. Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and support team members in resolving complex technical issues.
5. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in rice components to drive innovation and efficiency.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in developing and customizing reports using tools such as sap crystal reports, oracle bi publisher, or equivalent.
2. Strong understanding of data visualization and report design principles.
3. Experience in designing and implementing data interfaces using technologies like sap pi/po, mulesoft, or similar integration platforms.
4. Knowledge of web services, api integration, and data mapping.
5. Expertise in data migration techniques, including etl processes, data cleansing, and transformation.
6. Familiarity with data conversion tools and methodologies.
7. Handson experience in customizing and extending erp systems such as sap, oracle, or microsoft dynamics.
8. Proficient in programming languages like abap, java, or .net for developing enhancements.

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in SAP, Oracle, or equivalent ERP platforms are a plus.
