Oracle EBS SCM Functional Lead Consultant

Job Summary

Provide L2/L3 functional support for Oracle SCM and Sales Operation modules.Support key Oracle modules including:ProcurementInventory ManagementManufacturingOrder ManagementProduct Data HubQualityAnalyze and resolve incidents, service requests, configuration issues, and user queries.Support procurement-to-pay, inventory transactions, manufacturing processes, order fulfillment, and quality-related business flows.Prepare functional specifications for enhancements, reports, interfaces, and fixes.Work with technical and integration teams to troubleshoot cross-module issues.Support testing, UAT, regression testing, and production deployment validation.Assist business users with process clarifications, data issues, and transaction troubleshooting.Provide limited support for Demand Planning and Supply Planning during transition out of Oracle.Support Product Lifecycle Management transition/migration activities where Oracle dependencies exist.Required Experience / Skills6–10+ years of Oracle SCM consulting or AMS support experience.Strong knowledge of Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Order Management, PDH, and Quality.Good understanding of SCM integration with Finance, Costing, Product Data, and external systems.Strong issue analysis, documentation, testing, and user communication skills. 

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of oracle ebusiness suite applications within the scm module.
2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions within oracle ebusiness suite.
3. Provide technical expertise and guidance on oracle ebusiness suite functional capabilities, specifically focused on scm processes.
4. Conduct system analysis, troubleshoot issues, and provide resolutions to optimize scm operations.
5. Develop and deliver training programs to end-users to ensure proper utilization of oracle ebusiness suite scm functionalities.
6. Stay updated on emerging trends in oracle ebusiness suite and scm technologies to recommend innovative solutions for process enhancements.

Skill Requirements

1. In-depth knowledge of oracle ebusiness suite modules, specifically in scm, including inventory, order management, procurement, and manufacturing.
2. Proficiency in configuring and customizing oracle ebusiness suite applications to align with business requirements.
3. Strong understanding of supply chain processes and principles to effectively optimize scm operations.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders, end-users, and technical teams.
5. Problem-solving abilities to analyze complex issues within oracle ebusiness suite scm and provide efficient solutions.
6. Project management skills to lead and coordinate oracle ebusiness suite implementations within scm projects.

Other Requirements

1.Oracle EBusiness Suite Certification in Supply Chain Management would be an advantage.
