Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant

Job Summary

The Consultant for Oracle HCM Cloud will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients in implementing and optimizing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. They will play a key role in understanding client requirements, configuring the system, and ensuring successful deployment of Oracle HCM Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements for oracle hcm cloud implementation.
2. Design and configure oracle hcm cloud modules based on client needs.
3. Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and provide postimplementation support.
4. Ensure alignment of oracle hcm cloud solutions with industry best practices and client goals.
5. Train end-users on oracle hcm cloud functionalities and features.
6. Work closely within team to deliver high-quality solutions within project timelines.

Skill Requirements

1. In-depth knowledge of oracle hcm cloud modules such as core hr, benefits, payroll, talent management, and performance management.
2. Proficiency in configuring and customizing oracle hcm cloud to meet specific client requirements.
3. Strong understanding of hr processes and best practices in relation to oracle hcm cloud implementation.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
5. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide innovative solutions in oracle hcm cloud environment.
