Job Summary
PeopleSoft Administrator:
• Install, Configure and administer PeopleSoft Application, Process Scheduler and Web Servers.
• Install, Configure and manage PUM Image / People Tools Image Servers for PeopleSoft Finance applications.
• Apply Images, Tax Updates, PeopleSoft Bundles Patches and maintenance packs using change assistant and automate process
• Perform PeopleTools 8.5x, PeopleSoft 9.2 versions to latest Tools and PUM Image release versions.
• Apply PeopleSoft WebLogic, Tuxedo, Java and Peoplesoft application Security Patch updates and support monthly, quarterly OS Patch updates.
• Install, setup, configure and administer Elastic Search servers, Kibana Reporting, windows NT Scheduler servers and Linux based domains.
• Architect Administer and support Oracle Cloud Instances for PeopleSoft and oracle Infrastructure. Migrate Oracle, PeopleSoft Databases from On-prem to Oracle Cloud as needed.
• Perform Non-prod environment refreshes
• Collaborate, work with Developers, Onshore, near shore and offshore Team to execute the Database and PeopleSoft PUM Images in Non-Prod and prod.
• Troubleshoot, Tune Oracle Database, SQL, Stored Procedures, PeopleSoft Application, batch servers for upgrade, production support related issues.
• Develop Shell scripts for Database Task automation, PeopleSoft application maintenance for deployments, managing or monitoring the system/application.
• Be available for on-call support for production support related tickets when needed
• Perform migrations from Non-Prod to Production environments
• Configure, administer PeopleSoft Integration Gateway Servers, Nodes, Web Services for internal and external interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand financial processes and define system enhancements.
3. Conduct testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
4. Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to oracle peoplesoft financials.
5. Assist in the implementation of upgrades and enhancements to the oracle peoplesoft financials system.
