Oracle Reporting Lead Technical Consultant

Job Summary

The Senior Technical Lead for Oracle Data Integrator will be responsible for managing and configuring, and administering Oracle Data Integrator. This role involves installing, configuring, maintaining ODI jobs, workflows, and troubleshooting ETL failures to meet business requirements. The Senior Technical Lead will work closely with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and ensure timely delivery of requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Install, configure, and maintain ODI environments (Dev/Test/Prod) across versions 11g, 12c, and 14c, including patching and upgrades.
  2. Manage ODI repositories (Master & Work), agents, and handle migrations between environments.
  3. Monitor ODI jobs, workflows, and logs; troubleshoot ETL failures, data issues, and performance bottlenecks.
  4. Configure topology, connections, security (users/roles), and ensure system performance, availability, and capacity planning.
  5. Implement monitoring, automation, high availability, load balancing, disaster recovery, and maintain documentation and data validation processes.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in Oracle Data Integrator. 
2. Strong understanding of sql queries and database management
3. Ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
6. Project management skills to handle reporting projects effectively
