Job Summary

As an Oracle Technical Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering top-tier product and sustenance solutions. Your expertise will guide the team to ensure that all projects meet defined scopes and adhere to established standards, directly impacting client satisfaction and overall organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architect And Develop Robust Solutions For Product And Sustenance Delivery Using Oracle Technologies, Ensuring Alignment With Project Requirements And Quality Standards.
2. Serve As A Subject Matter Expert (Sme) In Oracle Database Management, Providing Guidance And Support Across Project Teams To Enhance Technical Competencies.
3. Drive Continuous Knowledge Enhancement By Working With Emerging Technologies In The Oracle Ecosystem, Ensuring Solutions Remain Current And Meet Evolving Client Needs.
4. Lead Training Sessions And Mentorship Initiatives For Team Members, Fostering A Skilled Workforce Capable Of Mitigating Delivery Risks Associated With Oracle Technologies.
5. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Gather Specifications, Translating Business Requirements Into Effective Oracle-Based Solutions For The Client Organization.
6. Review Project Deliverables For Quality And Compliance, Ensuring They Meet The High Standards Expected In Oracle Implementations.
7. Proactively Recommend Initiatives That Create Value For Clients, Implementing Industry Best Practices In Oracle Technology To Optimize Project Outcomes.

Skill Requirements

1. Expert Understanding Of Oracle Database Architecture And Design.
2. Proficient In Pl/Sql, Oracle Sql, And Oracle Development Tools Such As Oracle Apex.
3. Solid Knowledge Of Data Modeling, Performance Tuning, And Database Optimization Techniques.
4. Advanced Proficiency In Implementing And Managing Oracle Security Features And Compliance Standards.
5. Familiarity With Cloud-Based Oracle Solutions And Migration Strategies.

Other Requirements

1. Oracle Certified Professional (Ocp) Certification Is Preferred.
2. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (Oci) Certification Is Optional But Beneficial.
