PLM Functional Technical Lead

Job Summary

As a PLM Functional Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing technology within projects and delivering technical guidance that drives successful work completion. This position is integral to enhancing team capabilities, ensuring process compliance, and fostering the implementation of best practices in PLM solutions. Your expertise will shape the direction of projects, enabling optimal performance and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Technical Leadership By Defining, Advocating, And Implementing Best Practices And Coding Standards In Plm (Product Lifecycle Management) Functionality, Ensuring High-Quality Outputs From The Team.
2. Develop And Mentor Team Members In Plm Methodologies And Tools, Enhancing Their Technical Abilities And Productivity Levels.
3. Ensure Process Compliance In The Assigned Plm Module, Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews As A Consultant To Assess Feasibility, Explore Technical Alternatives, Evaluate Best Packages, And Identify Potential Risks.
4. Prepare And Submit Comprehensive Status Reports To Mitigate Risks And Address Escalations Effectively, Ensuring Transparency And Timely Updates On Project Progress.

Skill Requirements

1. In-Depth Knowledge Of Plm Tools And Methodologies.
2. Solid Understanding Of Product Lifecycle Processes And Their Application In Project Scenarios.
3. Proficiency In Technical Documentation And Reporting.
4. Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Manage Risks Effectively.

Other Requirements

1. Optional But Valuable: Certification In Plm Tools Or Methodologies (E.G., Ptc Windchill, Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault Syst�mes Enovia).
