Job Summary

This role is accountable for defining and driving the strategic direction of program management across infrastructure management lines of business. The individual leads the PMO function, ensuring alignment of program delivery with organizational objectives, optimizing resource utilization, and establishing governance frameworks that enable successful execution of large-scale, complex initiatives. They influence executive decision-making and foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Set enterprise-wide program management strategy by leveraging advanced portfolio management tools and methodologies, ensuring alignment with business goals and infrastructure priorities.
2. Oversee governance frameworks and risk management processes using industry-standard PMO platforms, enabling consistent delivery and compliance across all infrastructure programs.
3. Direct resource allocation and capacity planning through data-driven analysis and program management software, optimizing project execution and minimizing bottlenecks.
4. Lead executive stakeholder engagement and reporting using dashboarding and analytics tools, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
5. Champion process improvement initiatives by implementing best practices in program delivery, utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to drive operational excellence.
6. Mentor and develop program managers and PMO staff, fostering leadership capabilities and ensuring succession planning within the infrastructure management domain.
