Job Summary
•To co-ordinate resources required to implement and deliver small to medium size projects of medium to high complexity to the Group. This requires leading the project planning, status reporting, financial budgeting and reporting, risk and issue management and change control processes for the Program. Responsibilities extend across all processes such as quality/control, communication, stakeholder management and knowledge harvesting.

•The role will be responsible for working in collaboration with Project Managers to support project delivery and may also be responsible for end-to-end project management of small to medium projects of low to medium complexity. The role may focus either on standalone projects or may work directly for a Program Manager on a larger-scale organizational-wide program. The range of initiatives will span from a single project within a line of business in a single region through to working across lines of business across multi-regions and in a complex stakeholder environment.

This role is responsible for assisting the maintenance of program quality standards by implementing and ensuring adherence to our project methodology, processes and tools.

Skill Requirements
Experience
•5+ years’ work experience in project management (in any industry)
•Strong project experience across multiple business units and complex environments
•Financial Services industry experience
•Demonstrated business acumen
