Pega Architect

Job Summary

The Technical Architect for Pega will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting Pega applications. The role involves ensuring that the architecture aligns with business requirements and Pega best practices to optimize performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the design and implementation of pega solutions based on business requirements
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions
3. Ensure that pega applications are scalable, maintainable, and secure
4. Provide guidance on pega best practices and ensure adherence to coding standards
5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure the smooth operation of pega applications
6. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members on pega development best practices

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in pega architecture and development
2. Strong experience in designing and implementing pega solutions
3. Knowledge of pega guardrails and best practices
4. Familiarity with pega integration services and restful apis
5. Ability to troubleshoot and optimize pega applications for performance
6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
7. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Other Requirements

1.Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) or Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification is preferred
