Job Summary
Medior engineer – Pega platform
- PEGA CSSA Certified
- Working exp on Pega 7/8
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4-6 years PEGA Experience.
- Good understanding of the latest PEGA architecture like Enterprise-class design, Application layer cake, Data Modelling, and Rule resolution.
- Experience in Case Management, flow design, Data Pages, and Log Analysis.
- Experience in Background processing like Job Schedulers and Queue processors.
- Strong preference towards integration hands on
- Experience with pega 8 migration is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Kafka is strongly preferred.
- Good understanding of Server, Database, Node classification is preferred.
- Good to have CICD knowledge.
- Experience in Agile and DevOps methodology.
- Basic Idea on automation testing
- Excellent communication skills (English) / able to take and provide critical feedback
- Willing to work in the EU
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and configure pega applications according to technical specifications
2. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within pega prpc
3. Participate in design and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables
4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in pega applications
5. Implement best practices in pega development and ensure adherence to coding standards
6. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers on the team

4. Knowledge of java/j2ee, sql, html, css, javascript for pega customization
5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment to achieve project milestones
6. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Good communication skills and ability to interact effectively with stakeholders
