Job Summary
The Senior Developer in Pega will be responsible for the development and implementation of Pega applications. This role will involve coding, testing, and debugging software applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks. The individual will collaborate within team to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and configure pega applications according to technical specifications
2. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within pega prpc
3. Participate in design and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables
4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in pega applications
5. Implement best practices in pega development and ensure adherence to coding standards
6. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers on the team

Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in pega prpc (pega rules process commander)
2. Strong understanding of pega frameworks such as case management, bpm, decision management
3. Experience in designing and developing pega applications including integrations with external systems
4. Knowledge of java/j2ee, sql, html, css, javascript for pega customization
5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment to achieve project milestones
6. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Good communication skills and ability to interact effectively with stakeholders
