Job Summary
The Senior Group Technical Architect (Pega) will be responsible for overseeing and leading the technical architecture design for Pegarelated projects. This role will involve ensuring that the Pega solutions align with business requirements and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain the technical architecture framework for pega implementation projects.
2. Design and implement pega solutions that meet business needs and adhere to architectural best practices.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, identify opportunities, and provide technical guidance on pega platform capabilities.
4. Lead technical workshops and provide expertise on pega architecture and design principles.
5. Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of pega applications.
6. Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide recommendations for improvements.
7. Stay updated on pega platform upgrades and new features to leverage them effectively in projects.

Skill Requirements
1. In-depth experience with pega prpc (pega rules process commander) platform and pega software development.
2. Proficiency in pega configuration, customization, and integration with external systems.
3. Strong knowledge of pega application design, data modeling, and ui development.
4. Experience in end-to-end pega implementation projects, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
6. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address technical challenges in pega projects.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead technical discussions with stakeholders.

Other Requirements
1.Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification is preferred.
