Job Summary
Senior engineer – Pega platform
- PEGA CSSA Certified , LSA preferable
- Working exp on Pega 7/8
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6/7+ years PEGA Experience.
- Indepth understanding of the latest PEGA architecture like Enterprise-class design, Application layer cake, Data Modelling, and Rule resolution.
- Expertise in Case Management, flow design, Data Pages, and Log Analysis.
- Experience in Background processing like Job Schedulers and Queue processors.
- Strong experience towards integration hands on
- Experience working in a banking project is preferred.
- Indepth understanding of Server, Database, Node classification is preferred.
- Hands on to have CICD.
- Experience in Agile and DevOps methodology.
- Hands-on exp on automation testing
- Experience with pega 8 migration is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Kafka is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (English) / able to take and provide critical feedback
- Willing to work in the EU
Key Responsibilities
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using pega technology.
3. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
4. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions to optimize pega applications.
5. Work closely with cross functional teams to integrate pega applications with existing systems and technologies.
Skill Requirements
2. Strong understanding of pega platform features including case management, decision strategies, and ui/ux development.
3. Experience in leading technical teams in pega application implementations and support projects.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and resolve technical issues in pega applications.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
