Job Summary

We are looking for a brilliant, highly motivated Fresher Generative AI Engineer to join our innovation team. In this role, you will transition your academic knowledge and personal project experience into building real-world enterprise AI solutions.  You will work closely with senior AI engineers to develop LLM-powered applications, build smart chatbots, and optimize data pipelines for AI training and retrieval. If you have strong Python fundamentals, a deep curiosity about how Transformers work, and a portfolio of personal AI projects, we want to hear from you. 

Key Responsibilities

Programming: Strong proficiency in Python (including standard libraries like NumPy and Pandas).  Theoretical Foundations: Solid understanding of core NLP (Natural Language Processing) concepts, tokenization, embeddings, and basic Transformer architecture.  Familiarity with AI Frameworks: Academic or project exposure to orchestration tools like LangChain or LlamaIndex.  Databases: Basic understanding of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, ChromaDB, or FAISS) and standard SQL.  Version Control: Comfortable using Git and GitHub for team collaboration.

A GitHub repository showcasing at least one functioning Gen AI project (e.g., a personalized chatbot, a document search tool, an automated summary generator, or a fine-tuned small language model).  Participation in AI hackathons, Kaggle competitions, or contributions to open-source AI projects.  Education & QualificationsB.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech or MCA in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical discipline.  Experience: 0 years (Graduating students or recent graduates with hands-on project portfolios).
