Platform Engineer II

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI expert to lead the Agentic AI track for a strategic Telecom project.
The role involves designing, guiding, and governing agent‑based AI solutions, working closely with architects and developers.

This is a technical leadership role with hands‑on involvement in solution design.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Agentic AI solution as per architecture and solution design (single‑agent & multi‑agent systems).
  • Define agent orchestration, control flow, and guardrails.
  • Guide development teams on LLMs, GenAI, and tool‑calling agents.
  • Design and govern MCP (Model Context Protocol) based integrations.
  • Oversee integration of AI agents with telecom APIs or REST / SOAP API
  • Ensure security, Responsible AI, and governance in agent behavior.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, developers, and program teams.

Skill Requirements

Required Skills (Must Have)

  • Strong experience in Agentic AI / Multi‑Agent systems.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of GenAI and LLMs (Gemini / Other).
  • Experience designing tool‑calling and orchestrated AI agents.
  • Good understanding of MCP or similar agent‑tool frameworks.
  • Strong system design and architecture skills.

 

Good to Have

  • Telecom domain exposure (Vodafone / telecom operators).
  • Basic Knowledge of Wireless Telecom Domain
  • Experience with LangGraph, RAG, Vector DBs.
  • Familiarity with API Management (Apigee, Kong).
  • Cloud experience (GCP / Azure / AWS).
