Job Summary

We are looking for a Responsible AI & AI Governance professional to support the implementation and
adoption of Responsible AI and AI Governance practices across client engagements.
The role will contribute to the development and implementation of AI governance frameworks, controls, policies, and processes, while supporting clients in addressing AI risks, regulatory requirements, and responsible AI considerations across AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions.
The role will work closely with senior consultants and client stakeholders to translate governance
requirements into practical and implementable solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of Responsible AI and AI Governance frameworks, processes, and roadmaps.

• Support clients in assessing AI governance, risk, compliance, and responsible AI requirements.

• Apply relevant AI governance standards and regulations, including NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001, OECD AI Principles, OWASP, FINOS, and other applicable requirements.

• Support the design and implementation of AI governance policies, controls, guardrails, standards, and playbooks.

• Help map governance requirements and controls across the AI lifecycle.

• Support AI risk assessments covering areas such as fairness, transparency, explainability, privacy, security, and model risk.

• Participate in AI Red Teaming and AI risk testing activities across AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI systems.

• Prepare governance assessments, documentation, reports, and client deliverables.

• Participate in client workshops and stakeholder discussions to understand requirements and support solution development.

• Support business development activities including proposals, presentations, and solution demonstrations.

• Keep up to date with relevant AI regulations, technologies, governance practices, and industry developments 

Skill Requirements

• Experience in Responsible AI, AI Governance, AI Risk Management, Model Governance, or related areas.

• Good understanding of AI governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and governance controls.

• Working knowledge of areas such as AI security, privacy, fairness, explainability, and model risk.

• Familiarity with AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI concepts.

• Ability to document and implement governance requirements in a structured manner.

• Experience supporting AI governance or Responsible AI projects.

• Good client-facing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

• Ability to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into practical governance recommendations.

• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with senior consultants, technical teams, and client stakeholders
