Platform Engineer III

Job Summary

Responsible for both hands‑on development and enablement of AI Builder roles. The role requires involvement in both - solution development (NLP & GenAI use cases) and in structured training, labs, and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop NLP & GenAI solutions(RAG, chatbots, copilots) 
• Actively code and demonstrate real use cases in Python 
• Deliver ILT and hands‑on workshops on NLP, LLMs, and prompt engineering 
• Create labs, reference implementations, and sample projects 
• Support AI Builders through debugging, design guidance, and best practices

Skill Requirements

Strong Python development skills 

NLP frameworks (Hugging Face, spaCy, NLTK) 

LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex) 

Prompt engineering techniques 

Vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone) 

Ability to both build and teachGenAI solutions
