Department: IT / Digital Reports To: VP – Delivery / Technology Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview The IT Delivery Leader will oversee end‑to‑end delivery of technology programs and projects across the Utilities domain—Power, Gas, Water, and Renewables. This role requires strong leadership, deep domain expertise, and the ability to manage complex enterprise technology projects while aligning with business strategy, compliance, and operational priorities. The role drives delivery and solution execution, operational stability, technology modernization, and business transformation while ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards. Strong leadership, domain expertise, and the ability to unify business and IT are critical for success. Key Responsibilities 1. Delivery & Execution Leadership Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects across the Utilities lifecycle. Responsible for the business growth of unit, including its growth strategy, budgeting and profitability. Manage complete delivery lifecycle—from requirements, architecture, development, testing, deployment, to hypercare. Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, delivery dashboards, and compliance controls. Ensure successful delivery of both enterprise IT and OT/IoT‑integrated solutions. Responsible for the business growth, including its growth strategy, budgeting and profitability. 2. Business & Stakeholder Management Serve as primary delivery partner for customer IT/ business teams in Utilities (Generation, Transmission, Distribution, Metering, Grid Operations, Customer Service, and Billing). Help in new propositions and translate business opportunities into actual delivery programs. Communicate status, risks, and dependencies to executive stakeholders.
