Job Summary

1. Customer-Facing AI and Value StreamsEngage CIO and CIO-1 stakeholders as a trusted advisor, shaping and driving the enterprise AI agenda with a consulting-led approach.Identify industry-specific value streams ripe for disruption and apply AI platforms to re-engineer them.2. Service TransformationLead service transformation across the delivery organisation, converting AI adoption into committed productivity, margin improvement and effort take-out.Industrialise what works on one account and scale it across the portfolio through reusable assets and accelerators.3. Commercial, Governance and Market PresencePartner with sales and account leadership on pursuits, renewals and expansions where AI is the differentiator; shape outcome-based and productivity-linked commercial constructs.Establish AI governance with clients covering data handling, model risk, IP boundaries and responsible use.Represent the unit in client executive forums, analyst briefings and industry events.Must-Have Skills1. Consulting Pedigree and Client Engagement15+ years in technology services or consulting, with AI transformation leadership at a Big 4 firm.AI agenda carried with named CIO or CIO-1 sponsors, from funding to delivery.Deep understanding of industry-specific value stream, ability to adopt AI platforms for disrupting business value streams.2. AI Platform and Technology DepthHands-on with one AI platform (OpenAI, Claude, Copilot) and one hyperscaler (AWS, Google, Azure, Meta).Working depth in agentic architectures, LLM platform selection, RAG, evaluation and guardrails.3. Transformation Leadership at ScaleAI transformation run on both sides: internal productivity with committed savings, and client programmes.Change driven across the delivery organisation through influence, not reporting lines.Good-to-Have SkillsManufacturing or industrial sector background, including familiarity with PLM, MES, supply chain or product engineering.SAP background, including S/4HANA transformation or SAP-centric business process experience.Experience with outcome-based, gainshare or productivity-committed commercial models.Exposure to AI governance and responsible AI frameworks in enterprise or regulated settings.Analyst or industry-forum visibility.Educational QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical discipline. Required.MBA or Master's in a technical discipline. Preferred.Certifications in AI/ML, cloud AI platforms or SAP. Advantageous.OthersTravel: Extensive and client-proximate. Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
