Job Summary
The Integrated Service Delivery Head at HCLTech is a senior leadership role focused on driving growth and managing delivery for the customers. This position requires extensive experience in overseeing a large number of programs, ensuring contractual commitments are met, and fostering strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. The role emphasizes digital transformation and involves significant client-facing responsibilities, particularly with high-level executives. Responsibilities: Ensure that the account fulfills all contractual commitments. Drive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Partner with account management teams for business growth planning. Ensure delivery governance by creating a facilitative operating environment. Leverage practice propositions and initiatives to add value to the client. Lead business review meetings with customers to generate additional business for HCL. Drive program implementation and identify risks to ensure smooth management of all programs. Manage program budget, operations, and deliverables for multiple programs by removing roadblocks. Focus on relationship management with stakeholders to ensure alignment with program delivery. Establish, track, and review KPIs or metrics and manage key program partners' interests. Requirements: 15+ years of experience in a relevant field. Strong understanding of the technology in both Infrastructure and Application area. Proven track record as senior Delivery positions. Experience in Infrastructure and application support. Experience with digital transformation initiatives. Client-facing experience with CIOs, SVPs, CXOs, and leadership. Experience managing P&L of at least /$20 million to /$50 million. Experience managing large teams 200+
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead enterprise-wide infrastructure management portfolios by defining strategic objectives, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring alignment with organizational vision using advanced program management methodologies and digital transformation frameworks.
2. Drive organizational transformation through the adoption and integration of emerging infrastructure technologies, such as cloud platforms, automation tools, and IT service management solutions, to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
3. Establish and govern portfolio management standards, risk management protocols, and performance metrics leveraging tools like MS Project, ServiceNow, and portfolio analytics platforms to ensure consistent delivery of business outcomes.
4. Influence cross-domain teams and executive stakeholders by providing visionary leadership, facilitating strategic decision-making, and advocating for best practices in infrastructure capability management.
5. Oversee financial planning, resource allocation, and vendor management for infrastructure programs, utilizing enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and contract management platforms to optimize investments and partnerships.
6. Champion continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating portfolio performance, identifying innovation opportunities, and implementing change management strategies across the infrastructure management landscape.
