Job Description:
Own UK&I customer portfolio P&L, driving revenue growth, margin improvement, cost optimization, and financial predictability across all accounts in the region
Lead integrated sales and delivery strategy for the portfolio, ensuring seamless alignment between account growth plans, solution selling, and high‑quality service execution.
Act as the single‑point executive owner for customers, building long‑term relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and serving as the escalation authority for commercial and delivery matters.
Drive account expansion and transformation opportunities, including account expansion , wallet share growth, cross‑sell/upsell of services, and strategic programs aligned to customer business outcomes.
Build and lead high‑performing regional teams, providing direction across sales, delivery, and account management while ensuring governance, risk management, and compliance with organizational standards.

Skill Requirements
Candidate Profile:
15+ years of experience in enterprise services sales, with a focus on digital transformation and/or Infrastructure Services experience-led solutions.
Proven track record of Creating, Shaping & Closing high impact deals in the UK&I market
Demonstrable track record of engaging CEO , CFO, CMO, CIO/CDO as well as Business Function leaders within UK&I
