Job Summary

Solution Design: Designing solutions across applications like SAP ECC, SAP SRM, SAP SLM, ARIBA, and building process flows across applications and functions.

 

Process Improvement: Advocating process design improvements and best practices within the respective process community.

 

SAP Platform Standards: Providing SAP platform and development standards for project teams to develop solutions that leverage SAP best practices and comply with WB architecture standards.

 

Vendor Relationship Management: Managing the vendor relationship with SAP and staying current with SAP's roadmap.

 

Community Leadership: Leading the SAP Emerging Technology Community of Practice (COP) to ensure analytic solutions are consistent and using optimized tools and system capabilities.

 

Team Management: Managing a team of 0-5 Business Analysts in the delivery and support of software solutions.

 

Service Introduction: Ensuring new capabilities are well communicated, and the IT team is prepared for production support.

 

Security Requirements: Collaborating with project teams to gather security-specific requirements and translate them into design.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
