2. Lead The Discussions On System Implementation Of Relevant Hr Module Including Customization For Various Lobs
3. Oversee Maintenance Of Records On An Ongoing Basis To Ensure Compliance To Policies/Processes As Mandated By Regulatory Bodies, Internal Slas And Kpps Provide Information Requested By Auditors And Resolve Queries As And When Required Liaise With Audit/Internal Team To Come Up With An Action Plan Based On The Audit Findings Track Progress Against Plan And Drive Closure Of Non-Compliances
4. Seek Relevant Inputs/Data Like Employee Engagement Scores, Attrition Analysis, Employee Feedback On Policies, Other Hr Scorecards, Etc. From Respective Teams (Coes, Lob Hr, Business) And Market (C&B Benchmarking Report, Etc.) At The Beginning Of Financial Year; Analyse The Data Gathered And Identify Gaps And Areas Of Improvement Plan Approach To Meet These Gaps & Improvements; Propose Plan To Chro, Ceo And Other Internal Stakeholders (Finance Head, Lob Leaders, Delivery Heads) Seek Approvals From The Ceo, Chro, Finance Team And Other Relevant Stakeholders Work With The Lob Leaders And Delivery Heads For Budget Allocation And Communication Of Final Outcomes To Respective Business Units And Subsequently To Delivery Units Set Targets For The Team To Achieve The Plan; Review & Provide Inputs For The Team''S Budget For The Year
5. Support Line Hr Leaders To Meet / Monitor Respective Coe Metrics / Kpps (E.G. Average Resource Cost Targets, Wage Bill As A % Of Revenue, Etc.) As Per The Central Coe Guidelines
