Job Title: GTM Solution Director I E6.1
About the Role:
As a GTM Solution Director I E6.1, you will govern multiple workstreams within the Digital Business Services (DBS). You will act as an expert advisor, shaping frameworks and best practices for GenAI, and digital transformation. Your role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across alliance programs.
Key Responsibilities
What is Expected of the Role:
- Govern multiple alliance workstreams, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and best practices.
- Act as an expert advisor to internal teams and partners on GenAI, digital transformation, and alliance frameworks.
- Shape and implement frameworks for pipeline management, enablement, and joint solution development.
- Oversee compliance, risk management, and operational governance across all alliance activities.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing, innovation workshops, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Track and measure performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.

- Deep expertise in alliance governance, framework design, and operational excellence.
- Advanced stakeholder management and advisory skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Proven experience with GenAI and digital transformation programs.
Ability to manage risk, compliance, and multiple concurrent workstreams
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA (mandatory), preferably with specialization in Strategy, Business, or relevant domains.
- 15+ years of experience in alliance governance, advisory, or program management.
Other Requirements
Expectations from New Hires:
- Rapidly establish governance frameworks and operational cadence for alliance programs.
- Advise teams and partners on best practices and compliance requirements.
- Deliver clear reporting and actionable insights for multiple workstreams.
- Initiate and lead innovation workshops and enablement activities
What Will Happen in the First Six Weeks of Joining:
- Week 1: Complete onboarding and GenAI platform training, master pipeline systems and reporting, and establish key contacts in practice teams and partners.
- Weeks 2–4: Review existing workstreams, assess frameworks, and begin shaping governance and advisory processes.
- Weeks 5–6: Present governance framework updates, compliance status, and improvement recommendations to senior leadership
