Principal Consultant(DPO)

Job Summary

This role drives strategic consulting engagements within the Delivery Process Outsourcing (DPO) business, shaping client transformation initiatives and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. The position influences enterprise-wide delivery models, optimizes operational processes, and provides thought leadership to clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead delivery process optimization by applying advanced DPO methodologies and automation tools to design and implement scalable solutions for client organizations.
2. Develop and execute transformation strategies using process mining platforms and workflow management technologies to enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes.
3. Advise clients on best practices in delivery outsourcing, leveraging deep expertise in DPO frameworks and digital process automation to address complex business challenges.
4. Oversee large-scale consulting projects, ensuring integration of DPO solutions with client IT ecosystems and driving measurable improvements in service delivery.
5. Provide visionary guidance on emerging trends in delivery process outsourcing, influencing organizational strategy and contributing to enterprise-wide innovation initiatives.
