Job Summary

Role Summary

Lead the global FDE organization responsible for client-embedded AI transformation execution. Manage technical and business FDE pods across geographies and ensure scalable, high-quality delivery.

This is NOT a delivery manager role.
This is an elite AI deployment leadership role.

  • Run global FDE staffing and rotations
  • Manage utilization and deployment quality
  • Lead embedded client transformation engagements
  • Govern technical delivery standards
  • Coordinate FDE staffing with Geo Leads
  • Build scalable deployment playbooks
  • Coach FDE engineers and pod leads
  • Establish enterprise-grade AI deployment governance

Skill Requirements

Required Experience

  • 12–16 years in AI/cloud engineering leadership
  • Experience running customer-facing engineering teams
  • Strong AI platform delivery background
  • Enterprise architecture and transformation experience
  • Ability to manage technical and business consulting pods

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
