Job Summary

This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for senior-level positions, driving talent acquisition strategies, and ensuring the selection of high-caliber candidates. The individual applies in-depth recruiting expertise to source, assess, and secure professionals who align with organizational goals, fostering a robust talent pipeline for critical business areas.

Key Responsibilities

1. Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Taleo, Workday) to identify and attract senior-level candidates across varied functions.
2. Conduct comprehensive talent assessments using behavioral and competency-based interviewing methods to evaluate candidate suitability for leadership roles.
3. Partner with internal stakeholders within the hiring team to understand position requirements and optimize search strategies for high-impact roles.
4. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interview coordination, and offer management through ATS and HRIS tools.
5. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and employment legislation using HR technology and documentation standards.
6. Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics using HR analytics platforms to inform process improvements and talent strategy.
