Job Summary
Responsible for creating, maintaining, and governing master data across systems, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance to support business operations, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Create, update, and maintain master data records (vendor, customer, material, or finance data) in the system
Validate master data for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to defined standards and policies
Perform data quality checks, including duplicate identification and data cleansing
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather, verify, and approve master data changes
Ensure compliance with governance, audit, and regulatory requirements
Support data migration, system updates, and process improvements related to MDM
Resolve master data-related issues and service requests within defined timelines
Skill Requirements
Basic knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and processes
Familiarity with ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle) preferred
Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders
