Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing team. As a fresher or early-career professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting our project management team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and maintaining seamless communication across teams.

- Project Coordination: Assist senior project managers in creating project schedules, tracking daily progress, and updating status reports to ensure milestones are met.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a dependable liaison between the technical/execution teams and clients to deliver prompt, clear, and professional updates.
- Meeting Support: Attend key project meetings, take detailed notes, and efficiently distribute action items and minutes to all relevant stakeholders.
- Documentation Management: Organize, update, and maintain crucial project documents, schedules, and deliverables on internal platforms.
- Risk Escalation & Troubleshooting: Proactively flag potential delays or roadblocks to the project manager and actively assist in troubleshooting issues before they impact timelines.
- Ownership: Demonstrate self-motivation and accountability for all assigned tasks from start to finish.

- Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA), B.com , Engineering (B.Tech), IT, or a related field.
- Experience: Freshers are highly encouraged to apply. Prior exposure through internships, academic projects, or boot camps (0–1 year) is a distinct advantage.
- Attributes: High level of professionalism, strict attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward learning.
Skill set-
- Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (Fundamental to Intermediate)
