Job Summary

Order to Cash (O2C) Customer Service Associate - Fresher.

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused fresh graduates to join our Order to Cash (O2C) Customer Service team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting customer order management, coordinating with internal stakeholders, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment through the end-to-end O2C process

Skill Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Arts, Science, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Willingness to work in shifts if required.

Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
