Job Summary

Working in a virtual branch banking environment that includes current & Savings account Opening, Credit Cards Opening & Servicing, Customer Servicing, and Loans

Key Responsibilities

Requirement for basic understanding of the banking environment.

Responsible to validate, analyse and ensuring data is entered and updated on client’s application

Commerce Graduates (B. Com/BBA/BCS/BBM)

Skill Requirements

Excellent Typing Skills (>30 WPM, 95-98% accuracy)

Exposure to MS Office (word, excel etc)

Excellent attitude and demonstrate the willingness to learn.

Excellent Communication skills, both in terms to interpret & converse.

Keen eye for details.

Flexible to work in night shifts/extended hours/weekends

Strict adherence to UK Banking regulatory requirement
