Job Summary

Managed client claims and service requests by coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and implement appropriate solutions. Acted as the primary point of contact throughout the resolution process, ensuring timely communication, issue escalation, and stakeholder alignment. Maintained proactive follow-up to drive issue closure while meeting client expectations and service commitments.
