Job Summary

Financial Planning and Analysis

Preparing financial plans and predicting future revenue, expenses, and cash flow

Evaluating Project performance, analyzing trends, and identifying potential risks or opportunities 

Monitoring key metrics and reporting progress against strategic goals 

Key Responsibilities

    • Handling Invoicing, Collections, and revenue finalization for the customers
    • Management Reporting on Unaccrued, Unbilled and Bills receivables
    • Raising the invoices based on the contract and providing details to various team on contract related data
    • Follow up with the sales head on receivables and insisting on timely collections to achieve the targeted DSO
    • Active participation in the Pricing discussion for new customers
    • Providing the revenue & Profitability projections to the Senior management for the consecutive quarters on a monthly basis
    • Scrutinizing the Projected Profitability of the new customer based on the agreement
    • Analyzing the Profitability reports and suggesting the improvements
    • Preparing the yearly budgets and providing the management on the yearly view of profitability
    • Providing the details to the AP team for making provision on Vendor payments
    • Liaising with the AP team for making on vendor payments.
    • Being an active member for yearly budgeting
    • Providing the variance reports to the BU heads on Budget Vs. Actuals & Forecast Vs. Actuals.
    • Worked in Corporate Finance.


3. Ensure Adherence To Attendance Records And Login Times, Proactively Managing Unscheduled Absences To Maintain Team Performance And Operational Efficiency.
4. Cultivate And Manage Client Relationships, Focusing On Revenue Generation And Ensuring Client Satisfaction Through Effective Communication And Resolution Of Customer Care Requests.
5. Utilize Reporting And Management Information To Drive Team Performance, Applying Insights To Achieve Hcltech Project Outcomes And Facilitate Continuous Improvement Efforts.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with strong analytical skills.
  • Strong customer-centric approach with focus on service excellence.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new processes and systems
  • Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence outcomes.

  • Bachelor’s degree B. Com/M. Com/MBA (Finance only)
