Job Summary

Name of the role: Manager 
Purpose of the role: Lead the Operations team, driving operational excellence, workforce planning, 
performance management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure scalable, high-quality, and 
timely execution of activities. Accountable for team productivity, service delivery, risk management, 
and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Scope of work: 
• Establish team goals, KPIs, and operating metrics to ensure delivery against business 
objectives 
• Manage the team’s day-to-day activities and performance, including: 
o Validation and tracking of distributor data 
o End-to-end visibility of onboarding progress 
o Proactive identification and mitigation of onboarding risks 
o Coordinating operational support for Operations and Account Managers 
• Ensure team readiness by providing access to required tools and systems 
• Work closely with project managers to understand project requirements and timelines 
• Optimize resource allocation to maximize team efficiency and throughput 
• Guide issue resolution and ensure timely escalations to support team execution 
• Respond quickly to changes in resource availability or project demand 
• Maintain clear stakeholder communication on resource status and project progress 
• Ensure team compliance with internal policies (e.g., mandatory training, timecards) 
• Develop team capabilities through coaching, mentoring, career development, and 
succession planning 
• Provide regular operational reporting, performance insights, and recommendations to 
leadership 

 

Must Have:  
• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress 
• 2+ years of experience leading and managing teams 
• Strong ability to set priorities, plan, and coordinate work 
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accurate, high-quality deliverables 
• Clear and professional communication (written & verbal) 
• Experience working in cross-functional and global environments  
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, such as SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams 

Skill Requirements

Good to have: 
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or Salesforce 
• Networking fundamentals (routing & switching, IP addressing, subnetting, device 
configuration, static/dynamic routing)  
• Background in Order Management, Supply Chain, or Service Delivery 
• Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) 
• Familiarity with Juniper and HPE networking platforms and solutions 
• Experience supporting onboarding or enablement programs
