Job Summary:

We are seeking a Product Manager specializing in workforce Management to lead the delivery of Workforce Management initiatives and enhancements within the UKG Pro WFM platform. As a team, this role partners with client HR, payroll, operations and IT to drive accuracy, compliance and efficiency across the Hire-to-Rehire lifecycle while supporting digital HR transformation initiatives.

  • Lead delivery of Workforce Management initiatives and enhancements within UKG Pro WFM platform.
  • Collaborate with Store Operations, HR, Legal, Vendors and Technology partners to understand business needs and translate them into scalable product solutions.
  • Ensure workforce management solutions align with labor regulations, compliance policies, and enterprise governance standards.
  • Break down operational challenges into clear requirements, delivery plans, and system capabilities.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and execution through strong stakeholder engagement and indirect leadership.
  • Identify improvements in labor forecasting, scheduling, workforce planning, time keeping and compliance capabilities.
  • Partner with vendors and platform teams to prioritize and enable product backlog and feature delivery.
  • Facilitate requirement sessions, workshops, and solution design discussions with business partners.
  • Communicate effectively with leadership and stakeholders on delivery progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Leverage data and operational insights to recommend process improvements and system optimizations.
  • Ensure workforce management solutions align with labor regulations, compliance policies, and enterprise governance standards.

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years in Workforce Management, HCM, or Payroll, with strong UKG Pro expertise.
  • Hands-on experience with Time & Attendance, Payroll integration and Workforce Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of Hire‑to‑Retire processes and labor compliance.
  • Experience working with global stakeholders and vendors in large, complex environments.
  • Experience supporting retail workforce management environments
  • Knowledge of timekeeping, labor optimization, workforce planning, scheduling and compliance systems.
  • Experience supporting workforce technology platforms.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

  • Background in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related analytical field
  • Experience supporting retail workforce management environments
  • Knowledge of timekeeping, labor optimization, workforce planning, scheduling, and compliance systems
  • Experience supporting workforce technology platforms
  • Experience with PeopleSoft, SAP HCM, or SAP SuccessFactors in UKG-integrated environments.
  • PMP®, Agile/Scrum, or ITIL® certifications preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
