Job Summary

TAriba Source-to-Contract (S2C) ConsultantExperience: 6–10 years; 3+ end-to-end S2C deploymentsConfigure Sourcing+Contracts end-to-end: clause library, authoring, approvals, obligation tracking, contract repository and S/4HANA integration.Key ResponsibilitiesGather Requirement, perform fit-gap analysis and develop robust design.Deliver workshop and prepare required documentations as per project guidelines.Configure contract workspaces, clause libraries, templates, playbooks and term variants; set up meta-data taxonomy.Design approval flows (legal, finance) with thresholds; implement e-signature and versioning; define archive/retention.Map ERP integrations: vendor/GL/CC, contract reference on PO, price/term visibility; data migration for legacy contracts.Set up obligation tracking, alerts and renewals; define KPIs for contract compliance and cycle time.Collaborate with Supplier Risk to embed risk scores and mitigations within contracting checkpoints.Knowledge & Skills ExpectedFunctional/Domain:Ariba Sourcing process knowledgeContract law basics, clause structuring, deviation handling, approval matrices.Hands-on with obligation management and repository governance.Technical/Tools:Ariba Sourcing & Contracts configuration, e-Sign (DocuSign/Adobe), integration mapping to S/4 via CIG.Data migration (extract/classify/load) for legacy contracts.Soft:Detail orientation, documentation rigor, and stakeholder education

Key Responsibilities

1. To deliver for the successful launch of the prototype including conceptualization| functional specifications and release plan.
2. To jointly perform various activities to determine the financial and commercial viability of the product
3. To assist with preparing marketing materials, training programs, and other resources for product launches.
4. To assist with gathering and documenting product requirements by researching competitor offerings, industry trends, and market needs.
5. To manage| guide and develop the team
