Job Summary
The SAP LE Consultant will be responsible for the design, configuration, and support of SAP Logistics Execution processes, including inbound/outbound logistics, transportation, and warehouse execution. The role involves close integration with SAP SD, MM, WM/EWM, and FI, ensuring seamless execution of end‑to‑end logistics and distribution processes in S/4HANA or ECC landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design, configuration, and implementation of SAP LE components (LE‑TRA, LE‑Shipping, LE‑Warehouse processes).
- Configure and support:
- Outbound & inbound deliveries
- Shipping, picking, packing, and goods issue
- Transportation planning and execution
- Enable integration with SAP SD, MM, WM/EWM, GTS, and FI.
- Work on S/4HANA Logistics Execution simplifications and best practices.
- Support cutover, data migration, testing (UT/SIT/UAT), and hypercare activities.
- Handle incident management, change requests, and enhancements in AMS setups.
- Collaborate with ABAP teams for user exits, BAdIs, IDocs, forms, and enhancements.
- Prepare functional specifications, process documents, and test scripts.
- Interact with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and propose solutions.
- Provide L3 support and root‑cause analysis for logistics‑related issues.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands‑on experience in SAP LE – Shipping & Transportation (LE‑TRA).
- Deep understanding of delivery documents, shipment documents, and logistics flow.
- Strong integration knowledge of:
- SAP SD (OTC, Delivery, Billing)
- SAP MM (IM, procurement integration)
- Experience in S/4HANA or ECC Logistics Execution.
- Working knowledge of output management, pricing relevance, and tax flow in logistics.
- Experience in AMS / Transition / Global Rollouts.
Good to Have
- Exposure to SAP WM / EWM.
- Experience with SAP GTS and cross‑border logistics.
- Knowledge of Transportation Management (TM) is a plus.
- Ability to support Fiori apps related to logistics execution.
- Experience in EU / Global client engagements.
