Role Type: Full-timeRole SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Senior Consultant / Lead to design, architect, and deliver enterprise-grade solutions on SAP BTP. The role requires strong hands-on expertise across SAP Integration Suite (CPI), CAP-based extensions, API Management, and cloud-native development, along with the ability to provide technical leadership and guide teams through complex SAP transformation programs. Key ResponsibilitiesAct as technical architect and lead for SAP BTP-based solutions, including extensions, integrations, and cloud-native applications. Design and implement side-by-side extensions on SAP BTP using CAP (Node.js / Java) and CDS models. Lead SAP Integration Suite (CPI) development using standard and custom adapters (SFTP, HTTPS, OData, SOAP, JMS, AMQP, Mail, etc.). Define integration patterns, API governance, and security models using API Management, OAuth2, SAML, and IAS/IPS.Manage SAP BTP global account, subaccounts, environments, and governance standards.Drive migration initiatives from SAP PI/PO or legacy middleware to SAP BTP.Collaborate with functional teams (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, HCM, FI/CO, etc.) to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Mentor junior developers and reviewers, enforce best practices, and ensure delivery quality. Participate in architecture reviews, estimations, roadmap planning, and stakeholder discussions. 

Key Responsibilities

1. To deliver for the successful launch of the prototype including conceptualization| functional specifications and release plan.
2. To jointly perform various activities to determine the financial and commercial viability of the product
3. To assist with preparing marketing materials, training programs, and other resources for product launches.
4. To assist with gathering and documenting product requirements by researching competitor offerings, industry trends, and market needs.
5. To manage| guide and develop the team
