The Role As the Product Manager for SAP as a Service within the Hybrid Cloud Business Unit, you will own the strategy and lifecycle of our managed SAP offerings. Your mission is to bridge the gap between traditional SAP landscapes and modern, elastic hybrid cloud environments. You will ensure that HCLTech’s SAP-as-a-Service is competitive, scalable, and seamlessly integrated across private and public cloud infrastructures. Key Responsibilities: Define the roadmap for SAP workloads operating across hybrid environments, ensuring seamless interoperability between on-premises data centers and hyperscalers. Translate complex enterprise SAP requirements into standardized "as-a-Service" catalog items that drive efficiency and repeatable success. Stakeholder & Vendor Orchestration: Act as the primary interface between DFS engineering teams, SAP SE, partners and cloud providers to ensure the platform remains at the cutting edge of technology. Drive the "Unit Economics" of the service. You will be responsible for pricing models, cost-to-serve analysis, and ensuring the profitability of the hybrid cloud SAP portfolio. Work closely with the sales and management teams to provide technical product expertise during high-value RFPs and client discovery sessions. Define and drive the multi-year strategy for SAP Basis services, including S/4HANA transformations, cloud migrations, and RISE with SAP initiatives. Market Analysis: Keep a pulse on the SAP ecosystem. Whether it’s BTP integration or the latest in SAP Landscape Management (LaMa), you know what’s coming next.
