Job Summary

Lead production surveillance and optimization workflows to maximize base production performance. Build technical workflows for productivity tracking, nodal analysis, artificial lift optimization, anomaly detection, closed-loop setpoint control and collaboration with engineers/field personnel for safe dispatch and adoption of recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor well and facility performance trends. Diagnose production issues using rates, pressures, tests and surveillance patterns. Frame optimization opportunities such as artificial lift tuning, choke management, intervention candidates and production constraints. Support daily/weekly production reviews and cross-functional troubleshooting. Document recommendations with clear business impact. Added productivity index tracking, anomaly detection, lift optimization, workflow adoption and dispatch of recommendations from real production surveillance postings.

Skill Requirements

Surveillance patterns, optimization problem framing, well performance diagnostics; practical usage of engineering tools (e.g.Petex suite, Avocet, OFM) in day-to-day decisions
