A Rippling HR Analyst (or HRIS Analyst) is responsible for managing, optimizing, and extracting actionable data from the Rippling platform. They bridge the gap between human resources, IT, and finance by using workforce data and system automation to support business intelligence and strategic decision-making

System Optimization: Own the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of the Rippling HRIS modules, including headcount planning, compensation bands, and performance management.
Data & Analytics: Develop and maintain real-time HR dashboards, scorecards, and reports to track key metrics like turnover, diversity, and recruiting performance.
Automation & Workflows: Leverage Rippling's automation tools to streamline the entire employee lifecycle—from global onboarding to offboarding—ensuring smooth cross-departmental operations.
AI-Assisted Insights: Use built-in Rippling AI to run company-wide reports, standardize job titles, spot attrition risks, and predict future talent needs.
Cross-Module Management: Ensure seamless data synchronization across Rippling's HR, payroll, benefits, and corporate spend features, maintaining a single source of truth.
Requirements & Qualifications
System Proficiency: Deep understanding of HR information systems, with specific, hands-on experience navigating and configuring Rippling.
Analytical Mindset: Advanced proficiency in data analysis, interpretation, and visualization to translate raw people data into strategic, executive-level insights. [
Project Management: The ability to oversee complex system rollouts, manage multiple stakeholders, and integrate third-party apps (e.g., Slack, Microsoft 365).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong communication skills to partner with Finance, IT, and HR leadership to align workforce analytics with business goals.
Education & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, combined with 2-Div 5 years of core HR or HRIS experience.
