Job Summary

This role is accountable for driving strategic program management and leadership across infrastructure management lines of business. The position ensures alignment of technology initiatives with organizational goals, oversees large-scale program delivery, and fosters operational excellence through effective governance and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead program strategy and execution by defining, prioritizing, and managing infrastructure initiatives using advanced program management methodologies and enterprise governance frameworks.
2. Oversee multi-disciplinary program teams, ensuring delivery of complex infrastructure solutions leveraging ITIL, PMP, and agile tools to meet business objectives.
3. Direct risk management and mitigation activities for infrastructure programs, utilizing advanced analytics and reporting platforms to ensure proactive issue resolution.
4. Drive stakeholder engagement and communication using collaboration platforms and executive dashboards, ensuring transparency and alignment across business units.
5. Establish and monitor program KPIs and performance metrics using enterprise portfolio management tools to ensure successful outcomes and continuous improvement.
6. Champion organizational transformation by integrating emerging infrastructure technologies and best practices into program delivery, supporting innovation and scalability.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
