Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager (E5) to lead large-scale business and technology transformation programs across multiple workstreams, geographies, and stakeholders. The role requires end-to-end ownership of program strategy, planning, governance, execution, financial management, risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and successful delivery of business outcomes. The Program Manager will work closely with senior leadership, customers, delivery teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure strategic objectives are achieved while maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex enterprise programs consisting of multiple projects and interdependent workstreams.
  • Define program vision, roadmap, milestones, governance structure, and success metrics.
  • Drive successful program delivery within scope, schedule, quality, and budget.
  • Manage program financials including budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and cost optimization.
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks, project controls, and compliance standards.
  • Identify, monitor, and mitigate program risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Conduct steering committee reviews and provide executive-level status reporting.
  • Lead geographically distributed teams and mentor project managers and program team members.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, operational excellence, and adoption of best practices.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives, customer expectations, and program deliverables.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 12+ years of overall experience with significant expertise in Program and Project Management.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex transformation programs.
  • Experience managing global stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and multi-vendor environments.
  • Strong experience in governance, financial management, resource planning, and organizational change management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
