Programme Leadership - Act as a single point of accountability for end to end SAP Implementation, governing roadmaps, timelines, and dependencies across Vendors
- Stakeholder Management - Operate as a trusted advisor for CXO level executives chairing steering committees and ensuring strategic alignment with Business objectives
- Financials and Commercial Oversight - Manage large scale Budgets - forecasting, vendor negotiations and delivery partner contracts

- Programme Management for SAP S/4 HANA programmes
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and thirdparties to jointly deliver transformation programmes
Key Responsibilities
2. To manage program budget, operations & deliverables for multiple programs by removing roadblocks for smooth program management
3. To focus on relationship management with the concerned stakeholders and provide the necessary synergy to ensure alignment with the program delivery. Eg: Works closely with other technical advisors/ CTO/ CIO in customer organizations and external vendors as required to manage cross-functional prioritization, execution, issue/risk identification, and resolution
4. To establish, track & review KPI/Metrics and manage key Program Partners / Stakeholders interest of multiple programs.
5. To develop strategy and direction for meeting the overall objective.
