Key Responsibilities
The Program Director is responsible and accountable for end to end transition, transformation. SOW based work and program delivery oversight. These responsibilities include but is not limited to
- Overall health of the program execution and contractual milestone achievement.
- Resource sizing and schedule management, SOW reviews, scope and contract change control.
- Executive connect with the Client during transition & transformation.
- Lead payment milestone Client discussions, contract change conversations and risks with the Client.
- Executive and program steering committee management.
- Contract management, cost management (OAP), financial governance.
- Primary approver of transition expenses.
- Tracking program resourcing and escalations.
- 2nd level escalation for tower PM’s, PgM & SLM’s
- Sizing of PMO at all stages of the program for pursuits and active programs.
- Overall governance of the program. (EN/NN)
- Relationship manager for internal teams, vendor and Clients.

Skill Requirements
- Should have managed Projects and Large Programs independently.
- Must have handled client management, transition, transformation and migration of projects
- Must have managed program budgets of up to US /$ 100 Million.
- Understanding of contracts and bid management through to development of SOW’s highly desirable.
- Manages conflict constructively, can identify areas of improvement in team thinking.
- Should have been managing a team of project Managers
- Should have good analytical skills and eyes of detail, assess risk thoroughly and understands cause & effect systems.
- Knowledge and experience of working on diverse business models and team models with their pros and cons
- Hands on with MS project, MS Excel and familiarity with other Project Management Tools
- Infrastructure domain knowledge – Transition and Transformation projects,/and/or experience in delivery of technology projects like product development, implementation of tools or systems Integration projects
- Experience of Global Delivery with offshore/ onsite model.
- Understanding of the entire engagement lifecycle starting from engagement initiation, transition to steady state

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/ Engineering/MBA or other management qualification
- Preferred PMP certified
- Preferred Extensive Project Management Training
- Proven Track record from Business Management perspective
