We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Program Director to lead and oversee multiple projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure program alignment with company goals, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive program success. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, along with relevant industry experience.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate multiple complex projects, ensuring they align with organizational strategy and objectives.Develop and implement program plans, budgets, and schedules.Lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional project teams.Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, clients, and partners.Monitor program performance, risks, and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and procedures.Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field; Master’s preferred.10+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally within [relevant industry].Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex programs.PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.Competencies and Skills:Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Proficiency in program management tools and software.Ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
2. To manage program budget, operations & deliverables for multiple programs by removing roadblocks for smooth program management
3. To focus on relationship management with the concerned stakeholders and provide the necessary synergy to ensure alignment with the program delivery. Eg: Works closely with other technical advisors/ CTO/ CIO in customer organizations and external vendors as required to manage cross-functional prioritization, execution, issue/risk identification, and resolution
4. To establish, track & review KPI/Metrics and manage key Program Partners / Stakeholders interest of multiple programs.
5. To develop strategy and direction for meeting the overall objective.
