About the Role:
As the SDM/Director of Data & AI, you will lead strategic initiatives to drive data-driven decision-making and AI innovation across the organization. You will oversee a team of data scientists, engineers, and architects, working closely with executive leadership to establish the company's data and AI vision, governance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the data & AI strategy aligned with business goals
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of data professionals and AI specialists
Drive enterprise-scale data architecture, data governance, and compliance frameworks
Oversee the deployment of advanced AI & Machine Learning models and solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Product, and Business units
Ensure scalable, secure, and compliant data platforms and solutions
Act as a key stakeholder in AI innovation, research, and development initiatives
Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships
Required Skills & Qualifications:

15+ years of experience in Data & AI leadership roles
Proven experience in enterprise data architecture, AI/ML, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance standards
Demonstrated ability to lead global teams and manage large-scale projects
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields
Preferred Certifications:

TOGAF, PMP, AWS Certified Data Analytics, Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer, Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer

Key Responsibilities

1. To drive program implementation, identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth management of all the programs.
2. To manage program budget, operations & deliverables for multiple programs by removing roadblocks for smooth program management
3. To focus on relationship management with the concerned stakeholders and provide the necessary synergy to ensure alignment with the program delivery. Eg: Works closely with other technical advisors/ CTO/ CIO in customer organizations and external vendors as required to manage cross-functional prioritization, execution, issue/risk identification, and resolution
4. To establish, track & review KPI/Metrics and manage key Program Partners / Stakeholders interest of multiple programs.
5. To develop strategy and direction for meeting the overall objective.
