Job Summary

Key Responsibilities: Lead large-scale, complex programmes from initiation through planning, execution, governance, delivery and post-implementation review. Translate strategic business priorities into structured programme plans, delivery milestones, success metrics and actionable workstreams. Drive solution-focused decision making by identifying delivery challenges, analysing root causes, assessing options and implementing practical mitigation plans. Manage programme scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies and change controls across multiple teams and stakeholders. Establish strong governance forums, reporting cadences and escalation mechanisms to ensure transparency, accountability and timely decision making. Partner with senior leadership, business sponsors, product owners, engineering teams, operations, finance, vendors and external partners to ensure alignment on objectives and outcomes. Monitor programme health through dashboards, KPIs, delivery metrics, financial tracking and benefits realisation measures. Proactively remove blockers, manage conflicting priorities and maintain delivery momentum in fast-paced and ambiguous environments. Lead change management, stakeholder communications and adoption planning to ensure successful implementation and business readiness. Coach project managers, scrum masters and delivery leads on programme management best practices, delivery discipline and continuous improvement. Required Skills and Competencies: Expertise in programme management methodologies, governance frameworks and delivery lifecycle management. Strong solution orientation with the ability to simplify complex problems, make informed decisions and drive practical outcomes. Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders, manage expectations and build trusted relationships. Advanced risk, dependency and issue management skills across multi-team and multi-vendor environments. Strong commercial awareness, including budget tracking, resource planning, capacity management and benefits realisation. Ability to work across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery models. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare executive-level updates, steering committee materials and decision papers. Proven ability to lead teams through ambiguity, organisational change and competing business priorities. Strong analytical mindset with experience using data, metrics and reporting to improve delivery predictability and programme performance. Experience and Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in programme management, project management, delivery leadership or transformation roles. Demonstrated experience leading large, complex and cross-functional programmes with measurable business impact. Experience working with senior stakeholders, executive sponsors and governance boards. Experience managing technology, digital transformation, operational improvement, regulatory, banking, financial services or enterprise change programmes is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance or a related discipline; Master’s degree or MBA preferred. Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, MSP, SAFe, Agile, Scrum Master or equivalent are preferred. Success Measures: Programmes delivered against agreed outcomes, timelines, budgets and quality expectations. Key Responsibilities

1. To drive program implementation, identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth management of all the programs.
2. To manage program budget, operations & deliverables for multiple programs by removing roadblocks for smooth program management
3. To focus on relationship management with the concerned stakeholders and provide the necessary synergy to ensure alignment with the program delivery. Eg: Works closely with other technical advisors/ CTO/ CIO in customer organizations and external vendors as required to manage cross-functional prioritization, execution, issue/risk identification, and resolution
4. To establish, track & review KPI/Metrics and manage key Program Partners / Stakeholders interest of multiple programs.
5. To develop strategy and direction for meeting the overall objective.
