Job Summary

Role Overview

Lead enterprise-scale AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI transformation programs for global clients. Drive AI adoption strategies, business change management, operating model transformation, stakeholder alignment, and value realization across large organizations. Work closely with client leadership teams, delivery organizations, AI architects, and business stakeholders to successfully implement and scale AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute enterprise AI adoption and transformation roadmaps.
  • Assess organizational AI maturity and readiness.
  • Drive adoption of GenAI and Agentic AI solutions across business and technology functions.
  • Partner with client executives to identify AI opportunities and business value.
  • Establish AI governance, operating models, and change management frameworks.
  • Develop enterprise-wide training, coaching, and enablement programs.
  • Lead onboarding and adoption initiatives for AI platforms and agents.
  • Measure adoption KPIs, business outcomes, productivity gains, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with AI architects, platform teams, and SMEs to customize AI solutions.
  • Create thought leadership, AI playbooks, and reusable transformation frameworks.
  • Support pre-sales, solution shaping, and executive workshops.

Required Experience

  • 15+ years of IT consulting, delivery, or digital transformation experience.
  • 5+ years of GenAI, AI adoption, or AI transformation leadership experience.
  • Experience leading large-scale AI adoption programs (500+ users preferred).
  • Strong executive stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience driving organizational change management initiatives.
  • Background in Agile/Product Engineering environments.
  • Experience with AI operating model definition and governance.

Preferred Experience

  • Agentic AI implementation programs.
  • Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Claude, AWS Bedrock.
  • AI Center of Excellence (CoE) leadership.
  • Enterprise training and adoption program management.
  • AI value realization and business case development.

Key Responsibilities

1. To drive program implementation, identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth management of all the programs.
2. To manage program budget, operations & deliverables for multiple programs by removing roadblocks for smooth program management
3. To focus on relationship management with the concerned stakeholders and provide the necessary synergy to ensure alignment with the program delivery. Eg: Works closely with other technical advisors/ CTO/ CIO in customer organizations and external vendors as required to manage cross-functional prioritization, execution, issue/risk identification, and resolution
4. To establish, track & review KPI/Metrics and manage key Program Partners / Stakeholders interest of multiple programs.
5. To develop strategy and direction for meeting the overall objective.
